Is this RSA valid outside Queensland?
This course covers Queensland's RSA requirements (SITHFAB021, QLD-specific recognition). Other states and territories set their own RSA rules, so check with the relevant regulator if you plan to work there.
Do I need any experience to take this course?
No. This is an entry-level course — everyone is welcome, whether it's your first hospitality job or you're renewing your certification.
When will I receive my certificate?
Your Statement of Attainment (SITHFAB021) is handed to you the same day, at the end of the course.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Cancellations and date changes are not available once the booking is confirmed.
